The Power Of Music

While we work on the new issue of SUSPECT DEVICE, which will include our 2020 Top Ten lists, you can read some more from Tim Gardener and friends over on the Columns page.

"...at any age we'll be on this stage, playing fast, smart, strong and brave."

Alan Marshall is a band mate, a good friend and a man who likes a right old noisy racket. So, to celebrate his upcoming birthday he chose a couple of songs from each decade of his life. Another friend, Stuart Armstrong, went for something more melodic, but no less good. I also picked some songs.

You can hear it on the SUSPECT DEVICE RADIO page.

A Suspect Device (plus extras)

It's podcast time again. This time I only had to select one song; Mike Doe was good enough to make a list of songs who's initials spelled out SUSPECT DEVICE, which I thought was a good idea so nicked it. Also, while spending a few days on the Isle Of Wight I met up with Crispin Erridge, and over a cup of tea we discussed him selecting tracks for the podcast. I was initially thinking about the September one, but decided it was silly to wait, so you get bonus tracks. It's available on the SUSPECT DEVICE RADIO page

Lock It Up

As we are all confined to home I thought it would be a good thing to get some friends round, virtually, to play some records. It seemed to be well received, so what we have this time is a two hour special. I kept the talking to a minimum, so just enjoy the different sounds, and maybe you'll discover something new.
Thanks to all those who suggested songs. Listen to it HERE
